Chic Hair & Beauty is a hairdresser and beauty salon located on Avenida Litoral in Estepona, on the Costa del Sol.
Besides the SEO (which was zero – see article: The problem with online website building services), the new website of Chic Hair & Beauty was in need for restyling and improvement. We designed a local SEO-optimzed website, with premium features to rank the website higher in Google. This is included in our premium web design package. Next to that, we have redesigned the service menus, both online as offline. The main goal here was to clarify what service offering is available, as Chic Hair & Beauty is more than just a hairdresser.

After the project was realised, the website traffic of Chic Hair & Beauty increased with 70%. Also, the special offers are now visible on the website (via direct Facebook feed) and are used more that before. This has a positive influence on the revenue, but customers are also very satisfied with the find-ability, the ease of making online appointments. And because all web-related actions are connected with the owners smart phone, the response time towards customers have decreased about 50%. After all, we are all in the service industry!
